We offer you a friendly and relaxed welcome on a women only b&b basis in our home in Bath. We are situated next to The Royal Victoria Park; just a 10 minute walk through the park from the famous Royal Crescent and the delights of Bath city centre.

The World Heritage City of Bath will keep you interested and busy throughout your stay. Visit the Botanical Gardens, The Victoria Art Gallery, The Jane Austen Centre, Bath Abbey and, of course the famous Roman Baths and Pump Rooms. You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping, eating and relaxing and we are happy to give you a range of our own recommendations when it comes to where to go and what to see. You may also choose to take a boat trip along the Kennet & Avon canal to Pultney Weir or, for the more adventurous, a balloon trip, taking off just two minutes away from us in the park giving you extraordinary views of the city and its surrounding countryside.

The Room at No.4 has a comfortable double bed, with 100% cotton bed linen and fresh towels. The room has its own contemporary basin unit underneath the sash window that overlooks our garden. There is a flatscreen lcd television and dvd player in the room and you are welcome to select any number of dvds from our expansive collection during your stay.

We offer either continental or full English (vegetarian option available) served between 8am and 10am: just let us know what and when you want it. We are also happy to provide an evening meal on request*.

You will have tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities in your room, and fresh milk is available from the kitchen.

On return from visiting the attractions of Bath, you may want to relax with a glass of wine in our tranquil garden, designed by Matt James, "The City Gardener" and watch the hot air balloons drift overhead from their launch point in the park.

It is worth mentioning that we are a non-smoking household and have two cats who, although banned from the guest room, do have the run of the house. Our intention is that you will be able to enjoy the atmosphere of our home during your visit to Bath, thereby offering an exclusive service to women who choose to stay with us.
